The guest area is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room, where you can read or watch movies, leading into a kitchen area where a substantial and tasty breakfast is served. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two double, and one single. One room is with en suite bathroom equipped with shower. The furnishing is simple and practical, the décor bright and tasteful. There is air-conditioning in communal areas. At the back there is a quiet, spacious private garden where it is possible, if previously requested, to house small, well-trained pets.
